Our 8 cosy flats are perfect for singles or couples. Enjoy the comfort of three meals a day, utilities, cleaning, and care services – all while feeling right at home.
- Self-Catering homes
For those looking for peace of mind and independence, or for those that are still fit and healthy – these 20 units give an option of purchasing the unit from the current owner – for occupational rights, not the property.
It is important to note that on the selling of the unit, the capital appreciation is divided equally (50/50) betweenStella retirement village and the previous owners estate.
- Frail care unit
Our frail care section includes 13 beds across 9 rooms, consisting of 5 single rooms and 7 double rooms. These units are designed for residents who require full-time support and compassionate, around-the-clock care.
We provide 24-hour medical services led by Dr Deon Engelbrecht, our local doctor, Sister Nelie Steyn, a fully qualified nursing sister, and a dedicated team of carers who attend to every need with professionalism and compassion
